“Liberation”, featuring the works of acclaimed visual artist, E.Lizé, opens this Friday during Art Loop at The Sold Firm Art Gallery. This highly anticipated exhibition, which is Act II of The Soft Girl Era ART Series, invites viewers to embark on a profound journey exploring the duality of growth and liberation of self from childhood expectations, as seen through the eyes of a black woman.

The captivating exhibit showcases E.Lizé’s exceptional talent in paintings capturing the complexities of personal transformation and the power of breaking free from societal constraints. Through her evocative pieces, E.Lizé delves into the depths of the human experience, shedding light on the struggles and triumphs of embracing one’s self truth.

Erica Jones, also known as E.Lizé, is a visual artist and emcee from Aberdeen, Maryland. With visual art being her first passion, Erica graduated from Cecil College in 2017 with an AA in Drawing/Painting as well as an AA in Graphic Design, following up with a brief stint at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Currently, she produces vibrant portraits in acrylic and oil to highlight the African American experience.
