Standard Return Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from The Sold Firm. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure your purchase is exactly what you requested. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For your peace of mind we offer a seven day cooling off period. We want everyone who purchases from The Sold Firm to be completely satisfied and to be able to make a purchase without worry. Once you have received the order you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the piece for you.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your parcel to US addresses within fourteen working days from dispatch. If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email me and we will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any queries.

If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. We aim for your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.

Pickup

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. The Sold Firm is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
